The agreement offers a 12% discount every Wednesday on purchases of up to $50,000 in store products.
The Punta Arenas Card continues to expand its series of discounts and benefits in different associated businesses in the community. There are already more than 16 thousand people who have this credential, which to date adds up to a total of around 90 signed agreements.
Based on the above, on Tuesday morning the Municipality of Punta Arenas signed a new alliance with Mercado Blumar, so that card users can access discounts on fresh, quality seafood products. In this way, every Wednesday there will be a 12% discount for those who present their card physically or digitally along with their identity card, on purchases of up to $50,000 on all products in the store, located at Ovejero 250.
A benefit that brings the best of local maritime cuisine to the table of all the city’s residents through products such as salmon fillet, tuna carpaccio, hake croquettes, cooked shrimp, different preparations of mussels, among others.
“We are very happy because this is a company that is in our city, that works and generates a lot of employment in our region, but also sells at a good price a regional product that is very important to be able to eat healthily. What we seek is to be another instrument so that companies can reach discounts directly to our neighbors. Today something as important as seafood is incorporated, especially salmon, through a store like Blumar, which seeks to have lower prices than those of a supermarket, and above all values, there will be a 12% discount every Wednesday,” highlighted the mayor of Punta Arenas, Claudio Radonich.
For his part, Gerardo Balbontín, general manager of Blumar, stated that “this expands the network of benefits that we have in our market, where we have a very important variety of products and through this agreement, we are reaching more than 16 thousand people who will benefit from access to good prices for natural, export and made products here in the region.”
