Following press reports related to the Algal Bloom (FAN) affecting the Aysén Region,

we inform you of the following:

To date, we have reported two centers for increased abnormal mortality caused by the Bloom. The

first one, corresponding to Estero Largo (Sector 22B), experienced an increase in mortality on January

14, reaching a 14.5% loss due to FAN. The financial loss associated with this event

reached USD 1.225 million, an effect that will be reflected in the Financial Statements for the first quarter of the year

2018. However, this center has been completely harvested as of January 31, 2018 with an average weight

of approximately 5.0 kilos. Regarding the second center, Dring 1 (Sector 22A), it experienced an

increase in abnormal mortality on January 30 reaching 5.35%; however, this type of

events has not occurred again. The center is in the fattening stage with an average weight of

1.14 kilos.

As of today, we have no reports of mortality from this cause; however, we remain alert to

any developments. It should be noted that all centers are insured against the effects of FAN and

equipped with mitigation systems in accordance with the requirements of our insurance policies.
