Three Blumar collaborators were recognized at the recent Food & Service 2025 fair, during a ceremony held at the Sea Pavilion, a space organized by Sonapesca and Propescado that brings together companies, organizations and chefs to showcase marine products and services, with gastronomic presentations and live cooking.

On this occasion, Saúl Flores was distinguished in the Processing Plant category; Héctor Zambrano, in the Chef category; and Carlos Molina, in the Fishing Vessel Crew category, who received recognition for their trajectory, commitment and contribution to the sustainable development of the national fishing sector.

The fleet chief, Roberto Contreras, who accompanied Héctor and Carlos, highlighted the importance of this recognition for the team “These awards reflect the commitment and dedication of our crew and chefs, who are a fundamental part of the success of our operations. It is a pride to see how their work and dedication are recognized outside the company,” he noted.

For her part, the Rocuant plant manager, Mónica Prado, who accompanied Saúl, valued the recognition of those who work day by day in the processing plants “This award is a reflection of the constant effort and responsibility with which our collaborators face their work. Saúl represents Blumar’s values and the commitment that characterizes our plant teams,” she highlighted.

From Blumar, we proudly congratulate Saúl, Héctor and Carlos for this well-deserved recognition, which reflects the spirit and commitment of all those who are part of the industrial fishing workforce.
