This time they launched “Laguna Blanca”, a new premium salmon brand that seeks to meet the demand of increasingly demanding consumers.
“This salmon is the result of the work of a team highly committed to environmental care and animal welfare. It is a product free from antibiotic treatments, cultivated in the unique conditions offered by the purity and temperature of the waters of Magallanes”, said Daniel Montoya, Sales & Marketing Director of Blumar.

Cultivated throughout its entire cycle without antibiotics, “Laguna Blanca” is a product certified under the demanding aquaculture standard of the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), an independent non-profit organization that establishes a protocol for seafood products cultivated in a socially and environmentally responsible and sustainable manner.
Blumar’s new product expects to reach the US market in fresh and frozen formats starting next September and position itself as a high-quality protein in the retail and restaurant segments.
