BLUMAR has a People Management Strategy designed to strengthen its culture and align the organization’s work with a people-centered approach. The strategy is overseen by the People Management Committee, led by Executive Management, which meets at least twice a year to monitor its implementation and progress.

These principles guide all members of the company by setting a shared standard for conduct and interaction.

At the same time, we strive to deliver products and services that meet recognized quality standards in every market where we operate.
We have established an Executive Gender Equity Committee to foster more equitable workplaces. We have also created regional working groups and defined ten commitments approved by the Board of Directors. These commitments focus on promoting women’s leadership, supporting work-life balance, and ensuring safe and respectful working environments.
