At Blumar, we believe that how we do things matters just as much as the results we achieve. That is why we have built a culture around eight principles that guide every decision, from how we engage with the ocean to how we work together.
We collaborate, challenge ourselves, lead by example and act with simplicity. We are a company rooted in southern Chile with a global outlook, and this is reflected in the way we engage with people, communities and the environment that sustains us.
